Step 3 – Review Your Return

  • See your Return Summary in local currency.

  • Refunds are issued as a Gift Card in USD.

  • If prompted (U.S. only), pay $4.99 for the label.

Step 4 – Print & Ship

  • Print your packing slip.

  • Pack your item(s) securely and include the slip.

  • Remove old shipping labels before attaching the new one.

  • Drop off your package at UPS or your chosen carrier.

  • Save your tracking number!

Yes, you can return items from multiple orders together:

  1. Enter the first order number in the portal.

  2. At Step 1, click Check Eligibility.

  3. Enter the second order number.

  4. If eligible, select additional items.

  6. At Step 4, your single label/QR code covers all items.
